    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

He is very strict, but don't let that scare you! Everything you use, you are going to need! I came into this class thinking I was overall, a great writer, but you can only get better. He is genuinely there to help and wants you to succeed!

    Course highlights:

My knowledge has grown so much, I've learned how to improve areas where i was weak, and know how to continue to grow.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

The writing center will be your best friend. Iddings also allows you to take time outside of class to sit and talk with him, and I would definitely‚Äč take advantage of that.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This teacher really made English class an actual English class, but without the overload assignments. Not only did she make the classroom feel less like a classroom. She gave me interesting subjects to write about, which made writing essays that much easier.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were the actual essay's. She gives you the opportunity to share your unedited essays to your classmates in order to get their suggestions which helped a lot, and also made it easier to make friends.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Organize your time. You will obviously be writing essays, so you need to take the time to write it out. She also makes you learn a couple vocabulary words every week so just keep a list of them wherever you go and take them out when your not doing anything. If I could do it, you can too!

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This professor is easy to understand and really gets you involved in her class. She easily explains lectures and lessons.

    Course highlights:

I learned the roots to writing essays as well as how to tackle to parts to an essay. She also explained ways of writing (styles) of essays.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Understand what your are writing as well as research your topics well because this will give you many things to write about instead of running out of ideas.
