    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class to anyone, it helped me step out of my comfort zone and the class really gets to know each other right away so presenting and learning skills come naturally after a few try's. On the days you present you spend more time listening than speaking. Jasmine is very kind and can be super funny. Although the class made me nervous every other week it was by far my favorite class!

    Course highlights:

I learned how to pace myself and not use to many fillers when speaking. Fillers are things like ( um, so, yeah). I also learned how to give presentation in chronological order.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

If you're scared of public speaking I'd strongly recommend you take this class! You'll learn so much and use this in every day life. I myself and many of my peers have asked when will I use this stuff in the real world many times, this class is one of those things you can use in real life.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it provides a veriety of ways one can communicate to a person, and how communication is perceived to others. Another reason why I recommend this course is because communication is important to whatever major you are trying to go into. You simply have to be able to communicate to others. Everyone on college should at least take 1 COM course.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was honestly mastering interpersonal communication and learning to try to perceive others as we perceive ourselves. Interpersonal communication taught me how to communicate with myself to be able to communicate to others. I would go through out the day and would analyze my emotions to see which particular emotion was effecting my day the most. Learning how to perceive others taught me to give people the benefit of a doubt and to not cling to first impressions. We are all human, making us fallible. Since I don't know what a person is going through that day I shouldn't be quick to judge.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Study and honestly take this course seriously. It's not that hard and it's a great way to get you a step above the rest because of the amazing communication skills you have developed.
