Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It was a great class to get a sense of what the CRJ system is truly about. If someone is thinking about getting into a Criminal Justice minor or even a major this is a perfect class to take and get a sense of what everything is all about.

    Course highlights:

I got to learn all about the Criminal justice system and as well as the language behind everything that they do in the CRJ system such as why the police men do what they have to do or say what they need to say in certain situations.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Since it is an entry level Freshman course, it was a bit difficult going into it because I went into the class with little college knowledge which most of us did. Just put in the work and read all that you have to read as well as make flashcards, make so many flashcards. They work wonders.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It is a good introductory course. I took it online so most of our assignments were discussions and weekly quizzes. This professor in particular was good, just be aware that at the end of the semester you will be required to write a 12-14 page paper. I found this odd for an intro course.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about the criminal justice system and how it works. It really gives a great insight on laws, policies and procedures and working of police, courts, and law in general.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

If you take this course online, start on your final essay early. The professor lets you pick your topic from the textbook, but it is a 12-14 page paper. You definitely won't pass if you procrastinate.
