Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The teacher is a really nice guy and it is a lecture but he finds ways to keep you awake and paying attention. I took his 10 am class and would start zoning out but then he would take plants out to explain the subject and I would be paying attention once more.

    Course highlights:

He talks a lot about evolution and how we got to where we are. Not only in human evolution but in plants and animals. I took labs at the same semester as the lecture and they went together really well.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

My advice would be to come to class every day. He posts the notes and he doesn't take attendance but he adds real life situations and talking about things that will be on the test, in class. Plus he's a really cool guy so go.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The class itself is very hard. It is heavy on vocabulary and concepts. The class was great with Professor Webber. All you need to do is attend lecture and pay attention. She tells you exactly what she expects on her exams and points it out during lecture as well. The lectures are great also.

    Course highlights:

The lectures. She engages her students and does not plainly read off the slideshow.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Memorization is everything. After you write down the notes from class, the material can only be conquered through memorization. Pay attention to Professor Webber, she gives you hints throughout the lecture about the questions on the exam. You can actually get great scores by just writing notes on what she is saying.
