Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would highly recommend this course because it puts you out of your comfort zone. I did some research that found that people's number one fear is public speaking. This is something we all need to work on because it's something that cannot be avoided and is essential in the real world.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to prepare for 3 different type of speech styles, different techniques on getting over your nerves and how to take audience into consideration when public speaking. Additionally, I learned the importance of delivery, support of your claims and citing sources.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

My only advice is to prepare to face your fears. I'm not going to lie and say it was a piece of cake, but it is definitely needed. Don't think that you either have it or you don't when it comes to public speaking because this class teaches you a lot. Make sure to practice in front of friends and family and give it your all when you present!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it is very useful for other classes. Speaking in public is really hard for most students, taking this class can help us communicate and share our ideas easily.

    Course highlights:

I learned to deliver a message through a speech and the process of creating one. It requires an outline with lots of details and there is a certain amount of time required for every speech.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to have enough information for every speech.
