Not too easy. Not too difficult.
An amazing class with an amazing professor, GOV 5 introduces a student to a whole variety of subtopics in government. The class uses the threat of growing China as a big focus but touches upon many others to give a broad (and great) overview of politics, international relations, international trade and economics, policy, etc. Good foundation course for potential gov majors to help choose specific fields later on for the major.
-wide variety of subtopics -great reading materials -very engaging professor

Advice for students:
Read everything (there are some absurdly long ones that can be skimmed); 99% of the reading is worth it. Most of the learning is done through the readings anyways, though they are lectured on in class, they give a strong foundation for discussion.
