Not too easy. Not too difficult.
The instructor is active and clear on her explanations. She leaves no student behind and makes sure everyone is on the same page. She knows everything she's teaching off the top of her head and is so organized there is no way the students can't do well. She also made the course material more exciting with real life projects and applicable problems.
A highlight was a project that we had to work on in groups of 4 to 6 people. We had to clean and organize data that we were given from a fictional coffee store. The project required us to use every single skill we learned in the semester. There was no specific example for how we should present our data, so we had to be creative and do everything with intention. In the end, we stand in front of class and present our information and what that means for the coffee business that we are "running."
