    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it takes away the romanticism that ensues when hearing about murder cases. It gives students a wider perspective and a better understanding of actual day to day police work. It’s not all about the “interesting” crimes.

    Course highlights:

I am learning about how policing works and they ways in which a citizens rights are protected and can be violated. Thai is crucial for any criminal justice major because it helps set the precedent for future career work.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would tell them to read the book and to take notes during class. It is crucial to show up to every class and to ask questions because some of the concepts lie in the gray area and they can be confusing to piece together.
