Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I loved this class, I thought the information learned in it will provide me with a good foundation in the retail industry for my future career.

    Course highlights:

This course is centered on analyzing the quality of different retailers and within those retailers specific products. The biggest take away is that the most expensive items are not always the ones that have the best quality.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Do the lengthy papers with plenty of time because they are a huge time commitment. Add as much detail as possible to set you paper apart from others.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course is critical in developing your understanding of how the manufacturing firms operate. The specific of how a garment is manufactured is only the beginning. This course goes way beyond manufacturing products but explains in depth how factories are laid out in order to maximize efficiency. Manufacturing might sound like a boring topic now, but once you get into this course, it'll definitely change your mind.

    Course highlights:

I learned so much about a value of a garment. The things you see in store might not be worth your buck. Did you know that even though Victoria Secret is the biggest undergarment brand in the world, it has one of the poorest manufacturing execution? This course will help you understand a little more about how to judge a product and if it is in fact worth your money.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be ready to take notes. In order to succeed in this course, you must be able to concentrate in class and don't skip any classes. Your presence in class will determine your grades.
