    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    Great class, learn how to deal with people and yourself effectively in a leadership role.

    Course highlights:

    This class teaches leadership of peers and direct reports. Effective leadership methods to be used when dealing with individuals and teams, as well as leading upward.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Read the book, really, it helps and all the material is in there. Discussion board posts really help to bring the topic home, so don't skimp on these either.

    This is a excellent course for learning how to effectively manage your staff

    I have learned that I am an effective leader and that I have to work on my problem solving skills

    to be successful in this course you need to read the book and complete your work on time
