    Great course and professor. He really took the time to ensure everyone was on the right track. He sincerely cared about his students.

    Course highlights:

    The professor called me direct to check up on me. I gained a great reference and contact for the future.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    This course was very beneficial. It was almost a therapy session as the instructor had you do self assessments.

    Course highlights:

    The highlights were the self assessments. These assessments told you your strong suits and weaknesses so you could improve on your leadership skills or management skills.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    I would recommend taking this course not only for a beginner in the working world but also for someone in a professional role looking to increase productivity and organization.

    Course Overview:

    Yes, I would highly recommend this course. OL-125 Human Relations in Administration is a highly informative course, if you are going for a business degree. As it teaches you about your personal management skills and helps you build them, that way when you get out into the business field you can properly manager a team fairly and ethically.

    Course highlights:

    The highlight for this course, you will learn about organized behavior, ethics, and several assessments. In the assessments you will learn how you think as a person. You will learn what is ethical in the workplace and what is not. You will also learn a lot about yourself as a whole.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    The advice I would give to students considering taking this course is, make sure you read your book, take all the assessments: you will learn a lot about yourself and ways to manage. I would also tell them participate in all discussion boards as they are very informative, it also shows you how different people think. Make sure all of your assignments are turned in on time, and make sure to use proper English.
