    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would highly recommend this class to anyone who wants to be challenged to truly learn the core of the material in a multifaceted way. The book provides multiple perspectives about geographical attributes that delve into multiple disciplines such as history, economics, and sociology.

    Course highlights:

I've learned a great deal from the material, but the instructor helps challenge the students to think deeper and apply the material in challenging new ways. She engages with every student and encourages them to think outside of the material to other scholarly sources that will integrate current events.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Absolutely read the material! Read it thoroughly and, if you can, take the non-graded assessment quizzes at the end. The instructor is helpful and engaging as well as highly knowledgable about the subject, so don't be afraid to ask questions.
