    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Even though I have 8+ years’ experience in accounting, I did learn things I did not know. Karen is the best professor. She is understanding, knowledgeable, and will answer any questions you have about anything!

    Course highlights:

I spend most of my time at work on the computer inputting accounting information into software. The main thing I took away from this course was how to do the basic accounting skills the “old school” way. I was never taught that so it was nice to see what is actually going on inside the computer when I put the numbers in!!

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

My advice to students taking this or any accounting course would be to take it slow and steady. Make sure to ask lots of questions and don’t be shy!! Accounting can be a tough subject to master if you are not familiar with accounting at all. Utilize your professors, that is what they are there for!!!! Last, research, research and more research …. It is your best friend!!!!

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it to those students who are good at numbers and are analytical with fundamental concepts. Accounting fundamentals is the basis for all business administration/management career paths.

    Course highlights:

I learned my accounting fundamentals from taking this course

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The only way to study or understand is to do a lot of practice questions.
