    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    This class might be difficult, but this is what it makes it interesting. This class studies a large number of concept to understand external and internal envrioment of the market where companies operate. It also provide techniques and with concepts that can help business to reduce risks and enhance their operations.

    Course highlights:

    General business strategy, core competencies, SWOT analysis, The five forces model, generic strategies, complementary strategies.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

    Read your chapters and lecture and read additional material if time allows it.

    Course Overview:

    It is interesting and very interactive class. But very strict professor, have to be attentive in class

    Course highlights:

    How to make strategic decisions about a company, by reading cases and analyzing a company.

    3-5 hours

    Have to answer in class every time to get good grades
