    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    Organizational Behavior is very important to all profession. If you are aiming to become a Manager, the lessons gained from this course help bring out the best in every student making each one a better leader. Definitely not the course anyone should take for granted.

    Course highlights:

    Understanding Engstrom Auto Mirror Plant. The entire course is meant for all students to learn the different organizational problem of a union facility, human behavior, problems incurred when bringing the wrong leaders and the cost of careless decisions. The union workers are heavily rewarded compared to all union facility that I know which is a very daring and generous move on the owners. There's a lot of bad decisions that took place which I will never do as a leader. Balancing operation is a must.

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

    Take it! This is one course that you need to improve yourself to become a great leader. Don't take it for granted.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    This professor is very helpful and flexible with assignments and I also enjoy learning about why organization need to be organized in order to stay successful.

    Course highlights:

    Highlights of this course was the discussions with peers and feeling as though we were all close even though most were far away.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    turn in every assignment even if you don't feel good about it and read, read, and read because it helps with completing assignments.

    Course Overview:

    As an introduction to collaborative environments as is frequently found in modern business, this course provides a great overview to the nature of human interaction in organizational behavior.

    Course highlights:

    Understanding the dynamics of teamwork, leadership, and the fundamentals of human psychology that contribute to a positive working environment gave me insights into the real world situations I deal with as part of a corporate structure.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Don't be afraid to source additional materials to scaffold your learning. Take what you learn in each module and apply it to the situations you find yourself in every day. Integrating the coursework into everyday life makes understanding the concepts so much easier and you will build habits that will provide you with communication tools for your entire career.
