Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it is an in depth look at human resources. Also, human resources can be used in more than just that specific field. It gives you a better understanding of you superiors and coworkers.

    Course highlights:

Through this course I gained a better understanding of the processes of human resources in business. This entails, hiring and firing, compensation, employee feedback and more. One of the most important things I learned a company can do is to hire for the position you need and have a thorough training program.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely a great course with a lot to offer. The biggest advice I can give is to make sure you do the reading and take advantage of asking your professor questions, she is very involved and puts a lot of effort forth to help you succeed.
