    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This is such an amazing course with an amazing instructor. I have been struggling through it simply because it pushes you to think farther outside the box. When you think you have gone far enough, you havent. This instructor has worked with me a lot through this course. I know feel like a professional in this course and i love the subject!

    Course highlights:

I learned about a lot of theories based on personality. How personality is created, i.e biological traits or environment. I also learned about the history on the theorist with these theories.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I suggest you keep in contact with your instructor about any confusion you have. And also talk to your classmates. My classmates helped me so much. I got to hear their take on the information and that allowed me to see another side to the theory that i would never have thought of by myself.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

His classes are very easy to follow and require you to do a term project. The term project is easy and you work on portions of it during the course of the term so that you aren't just working on it all at once. He is a very easy going teacher and gets back to you fast for questions. He also grades at a quick manner.

    Course highlights:

Currently I am still in this class, but I am very fond of learning about Freud and his psycho-sexual stages. I like how he wants us to provide personal examples of when we feel we were at these stages in our lives.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Just read the chapters and watch the videos provided and you can get an A in this course.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I thought this was an interesting course. It was definitely different than I expected, the focus was more on the theories of personality, rather than the current psychological influence of personality.

    Course highlights:

As a psychology major I had obviously heard of Carl Jung, but through this course I had the opportunity to study him much deeper and found him very interesting.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Be ready to do a lot of reading. Some courses the text book is more of an accessory, however, with this class in order to succeed, you really need to read every chapter in it's entirety.
