Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Even though I am just beginning the class, I can say, I would definitely recommend it for those who are interested in learning more about their camera and or taking pictures or video the correct way.

    Course highlights:

The highlight so far is that I'm learning the camera itself, not just how to use it. I've learned how to set up camera up for taking stills. I've learned about creating better lighting and balances out the day photo's and the night photo's. The camera is amazing!

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Time management and focus is what you need to get through this course.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This was a wonderful introduction to Digital Photography. I feel as though all of the major bases were covered and I had a good understanding after the course was taken.

    Course highlights:

I enjoyed studying Master Photographers throughout the term. I also really enjoyed the Photoshoot Assignments each week. The different concepts and subjects were diverse and covered all aspects of Photography.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

I would set aside time every day to take photos because you never know when lighting or weather will interfere with your assignments.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The course guided me as I learned how to use a DSLR and also inspired as I studied famous photographers.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to control a DSLR, about white balance and color temperature, composition and was inspired by famous photographers of different genres.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Take LOTS of pictures; experiment a LOT, and do a lot of different things. Don't turn in an assignment with all the same positioning of subjects. Move them around, try different angles. Creativity scores points.
