Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The class I have taken that I felt was really helpful for me in the field that I am in was Cultural Diversity. This was a class that really educated me on a variety of religions and cultural information. Working directly with a diverse community it has been great to have the additional information so that I am more aware of specific wants and needs, even more so in the medical field.

    Course highlights:

I learned about multiple religions and cultural back grounds. I learned that religious beliefs and cultural beliefs are not one in the same. I learned more about the depth of the beliefs. Having that education was really eye opening and helpful with working directly with the public.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Really take the time to read the materials so that you can gain as much knowledge as possible. I loved doing the research and learning so many new facts. Really take it all in and become as diverse as possible.
