    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The instructor is a well educated individual that knows how to guide students to succeed. The text is easy to follow and the weekly work and quizzes prepare you for the final at week eight

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about bonds, leases and present values. The text and the professor were a big help when it came to learning about the present values. Interest is a big topic in this course and I feel that I now know how to calculate interest well enough to use it in my career.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would highly suggest you invest time in researching the present value tables and how to use them. It would be a big help to make as many notes as possible when you get to present values.
