    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Great course for anyone going into Human Resources or into a field that may require work in Human Resources.

    Course highlights:

The discussion boards in this course with extremely interesting and allowed me to look at things from the perspective and lives of my classmates. The discussions allowed me to be more open, and how to better manage relations with co-workers or subordinates. This course gave me insight in how ti make myself a better manager overall.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Participate in the discussions and really read the articles that are apart of the assigned readings. Come into the course with and open mind, because your perception of things may change. Love the course and my professor. James Whitmore is awesome, and will help you in any way that he can. Even if it has nothing to do with the course.
