Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course had a webinar twice weekly that allowed questions regarding the Final Project. This project was posting 3 months of book work for pretend business. We had to do all reports for this business. A lot of work but fun. The instructor would show us how to work a transaction which was very helpful.

    Course highlights:

Financial accounting side of a pretend business, posting and closing the books for the quarter. This taught us exactly what has to be done to run a business.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Attend the webinars as they are very helpful. Work on the final project a little along so as not to get frustrated or rushed in doing the work.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This is a great course to help with understanding the basics of accounting.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to set up financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take good notes, especially of any equations. Also, give yourself plenty of time to prepare your final project. Double check all of your work. If you make a mistake in the beginning, your whole project will be wrong. Don't be intimidated. It's a lot of work, but it's not impossible to get an A in the class.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

For anyone who helps with accounting or with account management, this is a course you must take!

    Course highlights:

I had no idea what a T balance sheet was until after this course. Now knowing, I now know where to code and place charges and credits.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

If you need help, ask. Do not assume with this course as it is math and the answers need to be exact
