    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This class is tough and requires a lot of work, but it has valuable information on how important change is to an organization.

    Course highlights:

A certain highlight to this course was an easy-to-read textbook.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to read the textbook and do a lot of outside research. While the textbook is easy to read, it lacked a lot of information that pertained to this course. There were many days where I felt that the textbook didn't even relate to the material.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Great course with a lot of very interesting information! Really goes in depth on change within an organization and how to implement it successfully.

    Course highlights:

The final project was not nearly as difficult as I thought it was going to be, due to all that I learned from the course. I was able to take the final, as well as complete 2 essays with no problem!

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Ask questions if you get lost, the professor is there to assist you. Start the final project EARLY. The hardest part was having 2 essays and a final exam due in the last two weeks. By week 4 you should be able to begin
