    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    This course teaches you how to be a part of a great organization as well as how to help an organization become great. The professor is there to assist students when they have questions and he is there when you struggle with exterior issues effecting your work. Timothy understands that life happens and that providing support rather than anxiety is the best route.

    Course highlights:

    The major course concept taught is an organization's capacity for change. This teaches students topics of high importance from being a valuable employee to idea development and implementation. It shows students how to strive for success within the organization from any level and what it takes to do so from all levels.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Take this course! If you want to be a great manager or leader one day, you must take this course to understand angles that you do not encounter in regular or daily life. It teaches you ethics as well as how to value individuals skills and talents. The course was fantastic for anyone looking to have an influence in their organization, or to own your own influential and successful business.
