Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I loved this course and would recommend it to students in all fields of study. This course forces you to look at how you are living your life and the impacts everything you do has on your overall wellness. To succeed in life we must have wellness and this course will show you why and help you to be more aware of every aspect of your health.

    Course highlights:

Many people use wellness and health interchangeably like they are the same thing, but they are not. Health is a state of being and wellness is out pursuit towards that state.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

When choosing a topic for tour final project think about your own health and wellness journey through out life and use that as your starting point. Because of my struggles with depression I chose to focus my project on mental health. In doing this I learned a lot about myself, I cared more about the project and was motivated too see it through.
