    Has given me more than I realized there was to deal with from H/R management.

    Course Overview:

    I would recommend this course because it teaches you about everyday life case studies that employees and employers actually go through on a job when making critical decisions on bonuses, raises,wages,health deductibles and rewards according to your job performance.

    Course highlights:

    Leadership and how to handle problems and changes within the company that will effect employees and everyone involved.

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

    The advice that I would give to students that are considering taking this course is to stay focus, plan, read and research course material and reach out to the professor along with using all helpful resources given. Also no matter how hard something gets or become a challenge don't give up.

    Course Overview:

    I would recommend this course to anyone interested in HR management or organizational leadership. The course provides essentials in compensation and benefits which is crucial for this field of study.

    Course highlights:

    We studied the various types of compensation and benefits available as well as some alternative methods such as telecommuting. This course provided a good overview and many details into aspects of HR management I did not previously know.

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

    Be sure to be involved in online discussion posts which is critical to your learning. Read all of the materials, ask questions if you do not understand, and above all have a good time.
