    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I highly recommend this course as you will learn the key elements to statistical research such as the different ways to determine statistical significance in an experiment. You also get to conduct your own psychological research and create your own survey that other students will take in order to provide you with the data necessary for the research question you are investigating.

    Course highlights:

This course included learning how to use SPSS software to enter in statistical data from research which I am very grateful for.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

When creating your survey, limit the number of questions and keep them specific to your research question/goal.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course taught me a lot about research and was easy to digest. I do not like research but this course somehow made learning about research educational and not dreadful. After completing the course I felt I had a better grasp on the research whelm of psychology. The text book is great too! The professors don't want you to memorize multiple equations but instead understand how to these statistical equations relate to research and what their results mean.

    Course highlights:

Learned how to use SPSS to conduct multiple different analyses, how to form an effective and reliable questionnaire, how to analyze the data from that questionnaire, statistical significance, multiple regression, mediation and moderation, etc.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the chapters and start the homework more than 24 hours before it's due.
