    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course was so fast paced that while I learned a lot, I did not store much of the information in my long term memory. There was so much time spent reading the text and writing essays that there was little time for enjoyment of the stories. Nigro is a tough grader also, but he is very thorough and helpful. I would recommend taking this course in the fall or spring so that it is spread out.

    Course highlights:

I enjoyed reading the text, but I wish I had had more time to do so.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Order the book early, and read the first two chapters before the course even begins, especially if you are taking it in the summer. Professor Nigro assigns a lot of essays so you will want to know the information with plenty of time to do discussions, tests, quizzes as well.
