    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it because after general psychology courses, it is very beneficial to learn deeper into the subjects you were introduced to in the beginning courses. It will shape your education and awareness of certain things.

    Course highlights:

I learned more in depth about disorders and mental illnesses. What I liked was that after learning more in depth about what I learned in general psychology courses, I had a better understanding of the effects and disorder itself. I could fully grasp the fact that the illness or disease does not make the person. If anything, they can be prisoners to their mind and illness or they can live and semi-function due to trials and medication. The highlights would have to be learning deeper about these illnesses and diseases that effect millions in our country.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

It is very important to stay on top of readings and highlight anything you feel that is important. I would recommend to fully grasp everything in this course because it may help show you what branch of psychology you would like to lean towards in graduate school or even in the medical field.
