Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

She is an awesome professor. She uses current environmental issues to engage her students in the readings. With 2016 being the hottest year on record ever, it was an interesting approach for a professor to use. Loved it!

    Course highlights:

My ability to write a good paper increased dramatically after taking this class. I'm not sure if it was because I loved our textbook or the professor more. But the subjects were all about environmental conservation, something that was never really introduced outside of a science class. Somehow I became more interested in natural sciences after taking her class!

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Keep up with current events. The text was awesome but a little outdated, which is an advantage if you know what is going on in the world today. You can easily find yourself a current article to update the information with and an extra source, which are required on most papers.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend this course! after spending several years out of the school this teacher and the class helped me gather myself and return to the writing I was capable of when I was still in high school. I am not a significantly more proficient writer than I was in my time in high school.

    Course highlights:

the highlights of the course, besides the people and the teacher were definitely the source material that was chosen. Our book that we used throughout the semester was engrossing and covered a great number of different areas related to the subject chosen for the semester.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take the course, because no matter what job you get at the end of the day, at some point you're going to need to do some writing and this class will truly set you up for success.

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It was a great course, however the professor should be willing to help out more often and encouraging as well!

    Course highlights:

The highlights were being able to improve my grammar skills, and each day learning something new I could apply to my daily life.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to never rely on anyone, especially the professor. If you pay enough attention and put in the effort you should, you'll be fine! GOOD LUCK!
