    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would definitively recommend this online course to people like me that work full time but I would advise students with flexible schedules to chose a regular in class course. Accounting may become confusing sometimes and it is better to have a professor to talk to at anytime. Professor McGovern is always willing to help through e mails but face to face communication is certainly better! And for those people that need take online courses I would definely reccomend this course as It provides you with all the necessary tools to succeed as long as you are willing to put individual effort!

    Course highlights:

I learned all the basic concepts of Accounting necessary to move to a higher level. The highlights of this course were 1. The basic accounting equation 2. Income statement,Balance Sheet, Cash flows 3. How to make accurate antries and record transactions 4.Debits/Credits 5. Assets,Liabilities and Common stock 6. Accounting principles and ways to prevent fraud.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study each chapter in full detail, all information is important and all chapters are connected to each other! Have a notebook to write formulas as you will need them time to time. Accounting cannot be memorized, you need to understand each step that you follow!
