Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Professor Sherlock is AMAZING. He knows his stuff and finds a way to explain until you actually GET it. He's clear on what he expects and doesn't keep you in class longer than he needs to. We got out early tons of times and it gave me plenty of study time. Homework was thoroughly reviewed every class. On top of all this, he's funny and sarcastic as hell!!!

    Course highlights:

From the course I gained a real practical understanding of Basic Chemistry that I don't think I got in High School. For once, I felt like it made sense and clicked in my brain. I had to take Chem II next semester and I felt confident I knew what I needed to going into that class.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Study and do the Homework and Practice Exams. You need to study and do the work! There's not much filler in the lectures; it's all important-- no time to daydream. Some people say he's tough, but if you show up, participate with 100% attention, and ask questions you'll have no problems.
