Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Being a leader sounds easy but in this class, you get to learn different styles of management which allows you to pick how you would want to lead and manage a team of people. Knowing the styles of management and who created them allows you to discover the type of manager you can, could and will become.

    Course highlights:

My favorite part of this course was learning about the different companies that use specific managerial formats that have made them the top of the line.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take it, but importantly take it with a Professor that has experience in the field. Being book smart doesn't guarantee you success in business but learning from someone that has gone through the tough moments that the book doesn't mention is so important. In other words, the book can only teach theory but a teacher with experience can teach you facts. Try to take this course with Professor Albuerqurque. He is absolutely amazing.
