In this class, we learned how to calculate the nutrition needs of a particular person. It was a very rewarding to help other people accomplish their health challenges through nutrition approach.
I learned about the importance of foods and how it is linked to health and overall well being. The highlights in this course were that we learned about the strong impact on genetically modified foods and the environment.
