    | Would highly recommend.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    I would recommend this course to someone interested in the field of nutrition of fitness and wellness. It was informative about the different food cultures that we are surrounded by in our society. It gave me an understanding on how people eat according to their culture, backgrounds, traditions, religious beliefs among others. I found it valuable, and at the time I took this course it opened doors of communication to new people and friends.

    Course highlights:

    Different types of diets, types of foods, food traditions from different parts of the world.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    I would recommend to open their minds to eat different types of foods, and to interact with different cultures.

    I learned how to see how important food dynamics is to the real world.

    Make sure you study for the exams!! As well, take plenty of notes during class.
