    | Would recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it teaches you how to resolve conflicts with other students, employers, and so on, so that it doesn't tear everyone apart and cause good relationships to be put in turmoil.

    Course highlights:

I learned to be impartial so that I don't insult someone based on their background, beliefs, etc. I also learned that resolution techniques such as negotiation, mediation, and arbitration are ways to handle conflict without being in court. But, I recommend mediation so that a reward benefits both disputants.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Look at the assigned readings from time to time so you understand the topic, Plan out what you're going to say in the writing so that the teacher understands the conflict and, if possible, its resolution, Talk to your professor if you feel pressured, don't understand the assignment, grades fall, or all of the above
