Not too easy. Not too difficult.
It's a core course for Finance and requires foundation knowledge of Financial Accounting and Economics.
I learnt the elements of Finance and how it applies to the business world and economic entities. The forces of demand and supply and how markets operate. The operators of the market and how they go about it. The influences of interest rate in the economy and how they are determined and effected. I learnt about capital budgeting and the sources of funds for such projects. Also capital rationing and how to choose the best projects to maximize returns. Another interesting part of this course is the discussions of economic and business trends where you gain much more insights from fellow students and professor on the economy and markets.

Advice for students:
It is a very interesting course and would advice that you open your mind for more knowledge different from the ones you are accustomed to. There are a lot of case studies in this course detailing real life scenarios. You have to see the course play out in those real life examples to understand better what that particular concept is taking about.
