    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class especially for beginners. it teaches you the cell, basic structures and anatomy.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were the in depth differences between meiosis and mitosis, the chromosomes and organisms all together.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

My tips would be to study very hard. The test that were given are in depth questions.

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course was great, but don't fall behind! Gibson teaches from slides at a very fast rate and has pretty tough exams. Though the exams are multiple choice, the quizzes are all fill in the blank.

    Course highlights:

You'll learn the basics of General Biology and much more. We covered the whole book of required text Chapters 1-36.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study when you can, you'll need it.

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Gibson was an excellent professor. I could tell that she knew what she was talking about, and she was very organized. She was helpful in answering our questions and posted study guides that helped us to know what we needed to know for our test.

    Course highlights:

I learned the functionality of systems of plants, animals, and microorganisms. It was extremely fascinating learning about how plants and animals have these little parts inside them that are vital to their ability to function.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would highly recommend to pay attention and take notes in this class, because Gibson is lecture heavy. Even she said we really do not need to read the book if we are only taking the class as a requirement, because it goes too much into detail for the course. I would highly recommend to pay attention and take notes during lecture and study using those notes and her study guides. You will get an A guaranteed!
