    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

In a nation full of diversity, US history typically focuses on the white man's perspective. In this course, however, you'll learn more about the forgotten people such as women and people of color. It is interesting and new despite the antiquity of the material. I cannot recommend this enough!

    Course highlights:

The best parts were definitely the primary sources. They were so interesting and unique. Few were written so a significant portion of the course is dedicated to studying history through the use of posters and photographs. I learned that history is open to so much interpretation as well as how much society as a whole has evolved.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Dedicate each night to a journal question. You won't burn yourself out and you won't spend the end of the semester answering 50 questions.
