    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The subject is interesting, and the Ms. Orendoff cares about her students. Sometimes lectures can be boring, and she goes really fast so you won't have time to write down all the stuff on the slides. Take pictures with your phone, then write out your notes after class. Also, she gives extra credit for optional essays.

    Course highlights:

I loved the in depth insight into how people of all ages think and how that contributes to their actions. We learned everything from cognitive development in babies to how divorce affects a family.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to class everyday, study the textbook, and especially the try it yourself questions at the end of the chapter. There are sometimes directly on the exams which are 50 questions multiple choice but surprisingly difficult. Also, focus on learning vocabulary from the book and lecture.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because with every topic we went over she had multiple examples and ways to remember the different concepts. Also, the class before every test she would tell us exactly what would be on the test and give us key points to remember.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course is it helped me understand the lifespan and why everything happen the way it does and how fascinating we are as humans and move throughout this transition of life.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I advise anyone taking this class to pay attention during class, take notes, and follow the reading and you will do great in this class.
