Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course to anyone how does not know how to write a proper essay. Mrs. Thompson teaches a formula for writing essays that will sharpen rusty essay skills, and she will work with you on your essays if they are not quite up to scratch. This course requires work, but the payout makes it worth it.

    Course highlights:

The essays were the highlight, for me, of this course. You will do four essays and a research paper in this course. Each essay will act as a grindstone to sharpen your writing skills. The works she selects for the course were enjoyable as well.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

My advice is to get into the assignments and try to comprehend the source material to make writing about them easier. Do not think of the essays as a tedious task that just makes them a hassle, but try to enjoy them.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Slobochikoff has a bit of trouble communicating due to her change in language, leading to confusion among students

    Course highlights:

I quite enjoyed the reading material, specifically the poetry we focused on. James Joyce was also a highlight, as he is one of my favorite authors.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't take it with her. If you must, however, always try to steer towards how great the Soviet Union was.
