Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It is an amazing course that really gives you a piggyback ride into college writing.

    Course highlights:

We worked on many different essays and learned how to not only write this essay but do the research for them, cite them and other important writing techniques.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't slack off. Do you work because it's always for your benefit, not the teachers.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Strengthened my writing skills IMMENSELY. Best English teacher out of them all.

    Course highlights:

Not only is the professor super charismatic, chill and fun, but your writing will improve greatly in such little time. I feel like I have strengthened my writing skills so much in just a few months. Also, this is not a lecture or heavy duty course. He makes the class interesting, with short readings and open class discussions. Honestly, if you want to have the best time possible while also becoming a better student, you need to try and get this professor.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

The Writing Center is the best thing to ever happen. If you go there and get someone to look at your paper, you will get an A on each of your papers. Work hard!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend taking the course because it helps improve your writing skills, expand your vocabulary and also teaches you how to complete timed assignments by establishing a good working pace.

    Course highlights:

Some of the highlights of this course was using our resource book that gave us information on how to write in different styles and quoting or citing information. I learned the importance of correct grammar by revisiting basic grammar techniques that people tend to forget over the years.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Always be prepared and eager to learn in class because that will help the professor notice your hard work and dedication to the course. Put in effort by reading thoroughly any reading assignments more than once and jot down important deadlines for assignments in order to be organized and on top of all your work.
