    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would highly recommend this course as the professor first creates a good base for subject and then takes it to a good level of discussions and case studies.

    Course highlights:

Case studies- we learnt about how big organizations have problems in terms of their organizational structure. We used Harvard Case studies to analyze and then make group presentations. Everyone really enjoyed doing it.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be open minded and listen to everyones thoughts. No one is completely right or wrong when it comes to their thoughts on what could've been changed in an organization to solve a problem

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would highly recommend this course as the professor is really a great teacher. She makes sure to involve the entire class in discussions and she real takes a lot of effort to make you understand the subject.

    Course highlights:

We did a lot of case studies of lot of companies and there were group presentations after we came up with our interpretation of the case. It was really fun.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Just stay open minded and listen to everyones interpretation of the case study. No one is fully right or wrong and usually the answer to a case is the mixture of multiple thoughts from multiple people. Basically, have team spirit and don't act solo.
