    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

The course is great for those who are not familiar with the court system/legal and regulatory environment or for those who want to explore it further. These are topics that are relevant and applicable beyond the classroom. Court trials on the news will make more sense. Also, you learn what American citizens are entitled to and the laws that protect them.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was discussing the case briefs we prepared in class. Many, if not all, of the case briefs were of cases that had occurred decades, thus making it difficult to understand and piece together. Fortunately, my professor was able to explain the case more clearly and explain the various components of the case brief. By the end, I was able to better understand the law. I learned about how certain laws came to be, how they were set by precedent.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

In order to succeed in this course, it's important to make sure that you dedicate a lot of time to writing and editing all writing assignments. The essays account for the majority of the course grade, so trying your best to get an A is the best way to succeed.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Other than it being mandatory, I feel as though it makes a well rounded business student that knows the in and outs of business law. It can get complicated at times but it is a fairly easy course depending on the teacher.

    Course highlights:

The interesting speakers that helped to spice things up law. The speakers are fun and know a lot. They incorporate the class in it too. They tell intriguing case stories. Another highlight was the class debates. If your group picks a good topic, passion will take over and it will be laughs and arguments all around. One of the best days of class, in my opinion, was the debates.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Just pay attention! Common sense and paying attention will get your through the class. A lot of it is opinion based with my professor.
