    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I recommend taking this course not only to fulfill a pre-requisite for the School of Nursing, but to also learn about microorgranisms and the diseases they cause and how to prevent them. However, the course taken with this specific professor will include having to master the information for exams. The exams are application-based and requires students to know the information like the back of their hands. In other words, studying the material once or twice the night before an exam will NOT suffice. It is best to study and prepare for the exams AT LEAST two weeks in advance.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about the different groups of microorganisms and how they can contribute to disease among populations of people.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Study, study, study! In order to excel in this course, it best to study and prepare at least two weeks before each exam.

    Course highlights:

It is a hard class but if you actually go... you will do good.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

it is a 8am but you can get so much extra credit for going.
