    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Professor Gazley gave engaging lectures, and the readings she assigned were usually interesting.

    Course highlights:

This course was my true introduction to sociology, and so I learned a great deal about inequality and injustice. Dr. Gazley tended to focus on the city of Chicago.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

I recommend showing an interest in the class, as the professors who teach it are forced to teach a lot of students who only take this course to fulfill liberal learning credits (as I did). My interest during lectures and discussions gave me an in with my professor.

    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because Dr. Ismail is very engaging in his classroom and gives many real-life examples to apply to the fundamentals of the course, which makes everything make more sense in the subject. The only people I wouldn't recommend this course to are those who are looking to skip many classes or those who don't like reading for a class.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about how to look at people in a different way and to step out of some situations so that I gain a different perspective and can understand more in that situation.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely read everything that he assigns so that you can understand when he is talking in class, answer questions as well as ask questions, interject and add to the conversation as much as possible.
