    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I understood this course very well. It was a good refresher to take before precalculus! If Math is one of your best subjects, this course should go by like a breeze. However, I would still take it as a easy "brush-up" course to help spark your memory!

    Course highlights:

The course was very interactive! I was able to draw out some of the examples on the board for the class. I learned that even if you know one way to answer a problem, there could still be various other ways. Therefore, there is always room to learn new problem solving methods.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Stay on top of the homework. Participate in class discussions. Help a fellow classmate who is struggling (even if you understand the work, teaching is a great way to help keep the material fresh in your mind).

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Because Prof. Murphy is a nice person. He is patience, friendly, and tries to do a funny class. He helps to any student, and he works hard to make the student improve in algebra.

    Course highlights:

I learned about interval notation. In high school, I did not understand how internal notation works, but with Dr. Murphy, I learned how this works in a line graph and the meanings of each symbol.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

They have to do their homework because homework prepares the student for a test and the final exam. Also, students have to study hard, and if they do not understand, they have the right to ask for help to the professor; there is not something bad about it.
