    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I absolutely love this class for a number of reasons. I think the main reason I enjoy this class in particular is because Prof. Eridon is a great teacher. He explains everything simply and to the point and I haven't found any point in his lectures where I didn't understand the material he was covering.

    Course highlights:

I actually learned much more in this class than I did in my high school chemistry class and I know it is because the instructor is better at explaining the material than my previous one.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

All you have to do to succeed is pay attention in class and do some of the practice problems and you won't have any trouble at all. I use a textbook that is 2 editions earlier than the required text and I have no troubles using it for practice and understanding.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because the professor truly does treat it as though nobody in the class has ever previously taken a chemistry course. His teaching is effective to me. He teaches in a practical sense that makes it easier to understand.

    Course highlights:

I am currently gaining a thorough knowledge of the world of chemistry.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You need, above all, to listen to what he says during class. His grading system is completely made up of exams. (Four exams that each count for twenty-five percent of your grade) There is no homework to turn in but that doesn't mean you shouldn't study. The course is challenging and it requires work just as much as any other course.
