    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

It was very interesting and incredibly easy. Mrs. Darcy gives you the notes and all you have to do is listen, and take more if you want to. This makes it easier to listen completely. No homework, only four take home tests that consists of two short answer essays and one three page essay, all using the notes or other resources.

    Course highlights:

Mrs. Darcy provides a lot of insight into problems that I didn't know about. She doesn't just skim over the big events, but brings up the small ones as well.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Take notes on top of the ones she gives you. Attend the required discussions. Make sure your essays follow the criteria she gives.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The tests for this course are actually short essay papers. In researching from the lists she gives, I learned so much more and retained more than other classes I took that involved just lecture and taking multiple choice tests.

    Course highlights:

I learned that New Mexico has a complicated racial background that has to be taken into account in order to understand the social dynamics of the state.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

If you really want to learn, not just get you history credit out of the way, this is one of the classes to take.
