Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Took this class just as a fun elective, and it was so interesting and challenging, it made me change my major to journalism!

    Course highlights:

I learned how to write mostly for print or online newspapers. We covered different styles such as breaking news, personality features, fashion columns, etc. We also did some work with photography and how to incorporate photos into your stories.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You definitely have to take time to attend events and write up stories about them, but it is a lot of fun and if any little part of you is thinking about doing journalism, you should definitely take it!
