This course is great because it gives you information you will actually use in your life. It helps you make better lifestyle choices and goes over a lot of useful information.
The highlight for me was doing the health journal and paper because it helped me make a positive change in my lifestyle to exercise more and eat healthier.

I would tell students to just show up to class and take notes, the class is fairly easy but you have to study the lectures and your notes to succeed on the exams.
